Room For Rent!
I am looking for someone who will sublet my place for spring semester 2013 and summer 2013.
(If you prefer you can do both, or just Spring semester or summer alone.) I don't have a job right now so no longer can afford the place.
The rent is $330 with utilities, heating, and internet included.
The location is extremely close to University of Minnesota Campus (East Bank)
It takes 2 minutes bus ride to get to U of M campus and the bus stop is right outside the apartment.
If you decide to walk it will take you 6-8 minutes.
Also close by is CVS, McDonalds, dinkytown restaurants, shops, library, grocery store, hair salons, bookstores etc.
It's a really sweet place. We got futons if you decide to have someone over for a sleepover.
It's a two bedroom apartment and you will be sharing a room with a really sweet girl who is from Japan.
She is a sophomore and U of M student. The other room is shared by also two sophomore girls.
The room is big,well heated, you get a pretty large closet and there are other closets in the apartment that will be available to you.
We are very easy to get along with, clean, laid back people.
