Utilities not included but never more than $50 a person. Townhouse is very nice, hardwood floors, updated kitchen, washer and dryer, swimming pool, outdoor courtyard, etc. More than one room may be available to sublease so let me know if you have anyone else you want to sublease with! The other girls are great to live with, everyone is clean and fun to be around! We are close to NC State and its a great location. |
