I need someone to take over my lease for the 2013-2014 school year due to me transferring schools and moving. Also, it would be nice if someone wanted to sublease over the summer. It is a great place to live! It is pet friendly! Completely furnished, you only need to bring your bed. Roommate that is stayin here is friendly and easy to get along with. There is a shuttle that can take you to/from main and centennial campus at NCSU throughout the day. The complex includes a pool, 24-hour gym, 24-hour computer lab, free tanning bed, sand volleball court, basketball court and picnic areas with grills.
