Need ONE subletter for 2 bedroom apartment near NCSU for the Summer(Campus Crossings of Raleigh)
Looking for a trustworthy, responsible sub leaser for my fully furnished 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at Campus Crossings for the months of May, June, and July. (until July 31st)
For $575 per bedroom you will receive personal bedrooms with dead bolted doors, personal closets, and a personal bathroom with stand up shower/tub. Full kitchen with dish washer, microwave, stove and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room has an open screen door that leads to a balcony. Each bedroom comes with a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair. The living room comes with couch, love seat, TV stand, coffee table and kitchen table and two chairs. Free parking for subletter and any guests (no towing) and a car wash station right across from apartment. Internet, water, cable and all utilities included in the rent.
Campus Crossings is close to NCSU, Meredith, Shaw, Wake Tech and William Peace campuses. Campus Crossings has a newly updated fitness center, out door pool and free tanning bed on site. There is also a computer lab with free printing and a night guard on site every night. A shuttle bus personally for the apartment complex still runs to NCSU campus so this is PERFECT for someone looking to stay near campus for Summer School. Renters have kept apartment very clean and cared for. If you have pets they are welcome with a small additional charge per month.
