I am looking for a female subleaser for a room in a 4x4 townhown in the apartment complex, University Suites at Centennial. The room is a spacious upstairs bedroom with a walk-in closet and your personal bathroom. In addition, the townhome has a washer/dryer unit and a full kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge). The rent is $495 a month, which is all inclusive (cable, internet and utilities). The lease is for 1 year; August 2013 - August 2014.

The apartment complex has a 24-hr access clubhouse which has a newly refurbished gym and pool. The clubhouse also has a movie/entertainment room, tanning beds, computer room (free printing). There is also a bus that takes you to and from NCSU.
