Two second year female vet students and are seeking a mature third housemate. We already have 2 dogs so we would prefer to have no additional pets. We are renting a 2200 sq ft house in a quiet Cary neighborhood that is a 10 minute drive from the vet school and only 2 minutes away from Trader Joes and Goodberrys! It also backs right up to the Cary greenway system with multiple access points in the neighborhood. While the house itself has an older feel to it since it was built in the 70s, this split level has many nice features: a big open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, 2 huge rooms downstairs for studying, socializing, etc, and lastly we have a large fenced in backyard |
