Are you and a friend looking for a place in Chapel Hill? Chapel View has it all, and my roommate and I are sad to be leaving. Our apartment is a two bedroom with washer/dryer in the unit. EVERYTHING is included in the $540/month -- electricity, water, high-speed internet, and cable. You’ll also be able to use the 2 community pools, a game room, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and 2 fitness centers. There are 4 bus lines to and from UNC Campus from here. Chapel View leases individual bedrooms to their tenants, so you and your friend will sign individual leases. This really is the best deal in Chapel Hill—we’ve had so much fun living here, and hope you will too. The complex is located on Homestead Rd. just off of Martin Luther King Jr. – north of Franklin St. Move in as soon as August 25, 2007. Lease ends on July 31, 2008.
