My BR has a HUGE walk in closet nearly the size of a BR (much larger than most units). There is a roommate (who is never there, gone over weekends and Summer) but very nice guy who has the other bedroom. Campus Edge is on the fringe of NCSU campus so it is very convenient to campus. It is a very welcoming environment to working individuals, or students! Rent is $535/month and it's all inclusive with NO OVERAGES so no surprises. It's available immediately and the lease is done end of July, but if you like you can renew and stay there.
Management at Campus Edge is wonderful, you have a gym, theatre, study room, club-house, pool (the largest in Raleigh), volleyball courts, a dog park, your own porch, right outside your door parking (and a garage if you request), access to MAC/PC computers with printing, 24/7 security, and a button inside the rooms which when pressed the police will be there immediately! We have a great little patio so you can grill out and enjoy the great neighbors.
