The apartment is on the 16th floor and it is Fully furnished - includes EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen, plus sheets & towels if you need to. The room has a Queen size bed, desk & a bookshelf. It also has a large closet with a mirror.
The building has 24 hrs valet parking, a gym with Sauna, a heated pool, tennis courts, 24 hrs security and covered parking. The rent is $1900/mo + Utilities (which are about $100/mo). If you need a parking spot, you will need to "rent" one with the administration office- which is about $90/mo & very easy to get.
The lease can be Month-to-Month and there is a ONE month deposit.
The area is AMAZING and between Campus & Beverly Hills.
I doubt this room will be available for too long.
