Outgoing, quick-witted professional female seeking a roommate to share a two bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style apartment in North Raleigh. The area is pretty and quiet. The apartment complex is close to North Hills, Crabtree, Shelley Lake, Lynn Lake, I440/64, I540 and US70. 15-20 minutes from Downtown Raleigh/ 20-25 Minutes to RTP.
You would have a private bedroom available with a closet. We would share the downstairs bathroom. There is a washer/dryer available in the apartment. I have wireless internet that you can use. There is a dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is an upstairs and downstairs patio. The complex has a pool and a fitness center. I have cats and they are affectionate, but I will be responsible for their care. I am fairly clean and neat, but I am also not home a lot. (Utilities included in the rent)
I am looking for a roommate with a good personality, who loves cats and who is responsible with reliable source of income.
