About the house, I have a garage big enough for 2 cars. I have wireless internet, dish network, central A/C, Fireplace too. It is a 2 story house with 4 rooms and 2.5 bath. I have a wooden big back yard which is fence all around the back but not in the front of the house which I am planning on doing very soon. You will have your own bath and room. Wooden floor on the first floor and carpet on the second. About the rent, I am thinking a fixed rent of 500 per month (1 month deposit), split the electric bill and if you want to use internet and tv, we can split that as well. Let me know what are you thoughts about it.
I also have 2 dogs, one is a German mix (we think with collie), and the other one is a Yorkie and poodle mix. Both are female. They are great with other dogs since I take them to the dog park once a week and they can be without a leash. The park is close by as well, you will like it.
I don't have too many rules on my house. Just to pick up after yourself. I am very outgoing, laid back, fun and down to earth person. I am very active too. I go to the GYM, like bike riding, like to go out to night clubs on the weekends, active member of a pool league, very adventurous and love to travel. You will have a lot of privacy over here. I don't get into your business so I will want the same respect back. Neighborhood is quite. Easy access to main highways (540, 440, us1, capital blvd) and downtown area. |
