I am planning to move out during Jan, so we need a new roommate asap. The rent per room is $307.5. On average the total monthly cost is abt $350 including utilities and hi-speed Internet. It's a 2BR/2BA furnished apartment (washer/dryer/frig/TV...etc) and I can also provide you some furnitures like mattress, light, table and chairs...in very low prices or for free if you need. My roommate is a male, 26 y.o. PhD student also teaching classes at NCSU, and very easy to get along with. 2 wolfline bus stops and 1 CAT stop, easy to access main campus and walking distance to centennial campus.
