The apartment is huge at 1335 square feet, it has a living room, sun room, dining room and a kitchen with a breakfast area and it is on the first floor so it has a back patio and yard area that can be used. The bedroom is huge (not sure on the dimensions but it could fit atleast 4 queen beds in it..just to give you an idea) it has a private bathroom with bathtub, a dressing area, and a large walkin closet with shelves. There are washer and dryer connections, but we do not have machines, and there are 3 large closets for storage, plus a hidden closet accessed through the bathroom. My roommate is great, she is a 21yr old working on her real estate license and working full time, she is hardly ever there, but always pays the bills on time. She is super friendly and very easy going. All of the common area funiture is mine so I will be taking it with me, so there will be plenty of room for your furniture. We just signed a lease in Dec. and it is for one year with option to renew.....rent is $825 which makes it $412.50 each (not including utilities). It is in a gated community with tennis courts, lagoon style pool, fitness center, car wash center, and laundry room, also free tennis lessons and fitness classes are offered.
