I am a 23 SWM Georgia tech grad student. Offering master bedroom with private
full bath and walk in closet. Located in Smyrna at the I75 and I285
intersection. Quiet, safe community, close to shopping and the galleria mall.
Community has tennis courts and a pool. Free parking. I am looking for a young
professional or student and NS and NP. $500 a month plus 1/2 utilities. I have
wireless cable internet and TV. The house is furnished and the bedroom has a new
